just like that..i go from being obese to healthy in 2 weeks...(jumps for joy). I am sooooooooooo
relieved!!
when i first checked my weight..it was expected cause i did have a weighing scale at home..but with digital u can never go wrong..so of course i weighed in and this piece of report was printed out..which had figures of ur total body mass,fluid mass,bones mass..mass this mass that la..
so i looked thru and well..fat is spread out like butter on bread in my body..its like everywhere!!!
a percentage here..a percentage there..
in total....
32.2% which is a lot...might i say...obese to be frank..they had a chart u cud refer to..in terms of fat percentage and all tht..so with tht number in mind..i trained like hell for 2 weeks...and like i said..im quite happy with wat i lost even though its not like im jessica alba already..

from 32.2% to 31%..and just like that...im on the brink of healthi-ness!!
i knw 1.2% its as encouraging as it might sound..but its better than nothing..and for sure im taking it..
2 weeks..pfft..bagus lo!!

now just gotta keep this going..aiming for the fat mass to drop to at least 29% in 2 weeks..
keep in mind...after obese..its healthy and after tht its FIT 3 letters that cud just put me on cloud 9 and leave me be....(sigh).

NO SWEAT!! lol...
no pain no gain is the motto...

besides im glad i manage to find out my results..otherwise wats the point of going to the gym...good birthday present for myself!!

katrina.....samantha...???? im going to the gym.....just reminders..(hope i can keep going...honestly my body is just sore...lol..but wats to complain right?)
